Join us at Laurier

Becoming a Golden Hawk means more than just cheering on our (really good) varsity teams – it means being a student who cares about your community, who works hard in the classroom, and who takes advantage of all the learning opportunities that can happen outside the classroom, too.

Application Summary (GR)

After you submitted your application and paid the application fee through OUAC, you were prompted to download your Application Summary Form. If you didn’t download it then, you can revisit your OUAC account to retrieve the document. Log back in using your OUAC username and PIN. Download the application onto your computer and then upload it along with your other supplementary materials into LORIS.

All post-secondary educational institutions (past and current) must be declared on your OUAC application and unofficial transcripts can be uploaded into LORIS at time of application.

This includes transcripts of all completed degree(s), diploma(s), or post-secondary studies for which academic credit was earned, in-progress courses, incomplete post-secondary education and transfer credit courses.

Ensure that each transcript indicates all courses, grades, awarding of degree/diploma/degree certificate (if applicable), your full name, student ID#, and full name of the institution. Include the grading scale/key/legend as part of your transcript upload.  Transcripts must be uploaded as one .pdf file per institution attended.

Transcripts must be in the original language and include a certified translation if the transcript is not in English.

Current or previous Laurier students can access their transcript via LORIS.

The university reserves the right to request official transcripts for assessment if these requirements are not met.

If you are offered admission to Laurier, you will be required to submit hard copies of your official documents. Please see Step 3 for more information.

Laurier reserves the right to cancel admission or registration in any cases where documentation or information is found to have been incomplete, misrepresented or falsified. Laurier may disclose information on falsified documents with other Canadian universities, as well as with Citizenship and Immigration Canada.
