Becoming a Golden Hawk means more than just cheering on our (really good) varsity teams – it means being a student who cares about your community, who works hard in the classroom, and who takes advantage of all the learning opportunities that can happen outside the classroom, too.

How to Pay

Send your tuition in four steps.

  1. Log in: Access the CIBC International Student Pay web portal and log in using your MyLaurier login information.
  2. Provide payment details: Once you enter the CIBC International Student Pay platform, enter the tuition amount in Canadian dollars, then identify your preferred country. You'll be shown the amount required in your preferred currency to pay your student fees in Canadian dollars.
  3. Enter payer details: Enter the payer details – whether it is you, your parents or an agent acting on your behalf. Click "Accept," then "Submit."
  4. Initiate transfer: Print the payment instructions and reference code and deliver to your local bank within 72 hours. Your bank will follow the instructions and send the funds to Laurier.

Paying in Canada

If you are already in Canada, we recommend paying through online banking. Log onto your online banking site and set up Laurier as a payee.

  • Payee name: Wilfrid Laurier University
  • Account number: Laurier student ID

Refund Policy

Prior to the start of the term, tuition payments are 100% refundable only in the case of Visa refusal. If you withdraw in the first two weeks of classes, 50% of your tuition will be refunded. Laurier will not process any tuition refunds after week two.
