Block Transfer Agreement: College Diplomas

Students enrolling in Laurier’s Psychology program on the Waterloo campus after completing a two- or three-year diploma program may earn up to 6.0 or 7.5 transfer credits (respectively). The specific transfer credits granted will be determined based on your unique academic journey and will be outlined in a transfer credit assessment that you will receive along with your offer letter.

Note: The program shall include no more than 6.0 100-level credits, including required courses, electives and transfer credits. There is a requirement of at least 14.0 senior level credits.

Throughout your Psychology degree, you will take courses in topics such as introduction to psychology, research methods, foundations for community engagement and service and psychological measurement and testing. Once you have accepted your offer, please consult Academic Advising and our Course Registration Guide to determine the specific courses you'll need to take during your time at Laurier.
