The Lazaridis School of Business and Economics at Laurier and the Cheriton School of Computer Science at the University of Waterloo (UW) have teamed up to give you two highly respected degrees from our two outstanding institutions. In this double-degree program, you’ll earn both a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Laurier and a Bachelor of Computer Science (BCS) from UW in only five years.
Our double-degree program is for students who want an accelerated, challenging program and a competitive advantage in the workforce. As a graduate of this program, you’ll be in high demand in today’s information-rich society, where global companies are looking for employees with both computer science and business management knowledge.
During your undergraduate career, you’ll have the opportunity to make the most of both campuses by collaborating with exceptional students, learning from passionate faculty members and by joining our vibrant community in the heart of our student-friendly, tech-region in the city of Waterloo. You’ll take classes and receive a student card from both universities for convenience.
To be accepted, you must meet the requirements of both programs to be accepted. If you choose to apply to Laurier and accept Laurier’s offer of admission, your main campus will be Laurier and you will automatically be entered into Laurier’s business degree co-op program, the largest business co-op program in Canada.
